A lot of people think rice cakes taste like cardboard and they aren’t wrong. They have a bland dry taste but a fantastic crunch. If you add the right toppings rice cakes can become a fabulous snack or dessert that tastes nothing like cardboard.
I added a weight watchers jalepeno cheese wedge, sliced tomato, garlic poweder, cracked black pepper, and Italian seasoning to this rice cake! It was delicious!
Another great way to eat this bland crunchy snack is by adding refried beans, avacado or guac and chipotle hot sauce!!
Also I’m sure if u put Nutella on this it would taste amazing. Nutella is the answer to all of life’s questions.
Think outside the box with rice cakes! The possibilities are endless!
